Postage

Goods ordered on this web site through world pay will automatically pay a postage charge when ordering on-line.  If the postage charge is more than the actual postage we will credit your account for you.

If you are ordering direct by phone or fax we will send your parcel by land sea or air the choice is yours.

When you place your order by fax or phone you will recieve an e.mail confirming postage costs before you make your final payment.

All bisque goods ordered are usually shipped within 10 working days allowing for pouring drying cleaning and firing.
