Situated in the heart of france in luscious green countryside, with the river flowing past the front door and the wildlife singing its morning chorus. Here at the house of ceramics we can offer you many different choices for your holiday break.

Whether you want a long weekend get away, or a week or fortnight to relax and paint the choice is yours.

We can provide accomodation in our mill house or you can bring your caravan and park it by the swimming pool. There are local hotels that you can stay in or a quaint bed and breakfast down the road.

Apart from your ceramics there are lots of exciting things to do it your spare time. Visit the sites there are several local chateaux worth viewing.

The Limoges potteries are only an hour's drive away and well worth a visit while you are in the area.

You can take some sun or just chill out in the studio. Our local cave provides wonderful wines for just 6.50 euros for 5 litres.... yes 5 litres.

Just 7 kilometers away are the most wonderful lakes where you can sit and have a steak or fish at the lakeside cafe.

Talking of fish if not everyone in the family want to paint ceramics they can fish in the river just 10 yards from the front door.

Holiday choices are listed and as you can see they are not expensive... go on give yourselves a break. have a paint away holiday.

It has been known for several of the classes to take place at the side of the pool. When it gets too hot you can just plunge in and cool down then get back to your favourite holiday.

Try to book well in advance as we are very busy during the summer months.

We can arrange for a collection service to collect you from Limoges airport if you are flying into France. The cost would be 50.00 euros each way.

Or if you train down from Paris the nearest express train stop is Chateauroux 2 hours from Paris the cost for collection would be 35.00 euros each way.
