TERMS AND CONDITIONS
THE SALE
1. CONFIRMATION
After you have placed your order with us you will recieve an e.mail confirming your purchase order which will include the ammount paid including your postage.
2. DELIVERY
We normally dispatch all orders within 7 days if we have items in stock. If we have to produce greenware/bisque to complete an order we try to dispatch within 14 days. If however we cannot dispatch the goods in 14 days we will contact you to arrange delivery time. If we cannot agree on another time, we will offer you a refund.
3. CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel your order with 48 hours of placing it. The 48 hours starts at Midnight the day you comfirm your order. If you cancel we will action the refund within 7 days, but it may sometimes take up to 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
4. DAMAGED GOODS
When you recieve the goods if they are damaged or broken you must inform us immedietly. You must then return the goods to us within 7 days. We will replace the goods to you at no extra cost within 14 days.
If a refund is required for damaged goods, you must return them to us and we will issue with a full refund to their value. The refund will be activated within 7 days but may take upto 30 days to appear on your credit card statement.
5. JANUARY BISQUE ORDERS
Please note we do not process Bisque orders during January due to our Annual holidays. Any orders recieved will be processed the first Monday in Febuary as we return to work. Thankyou for your understanding.
MISTAKES, COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES.
1. CONSUMER LAW
We will meet all our obligations under the consumer protection laws currently in force. You can find out more about these at the web sites of the Office of Fair Trading and the Department of Trade and Industry in your relevant European Country.
2. DAMAGED GOODS
If your goods arrive damaged we will offer a replacement or refund. We must be notified on the arrival of your goods. and agree to terms as above.
3. MISTAKES IN BILLS, RECIEPTS or PAYMENTS.
We will correct any mistakes in bills, reciepts or payments as soon as possible, and at the latest within 30 days of agreeing to do so.
4. COMPLAINTS
We will acknowledge complaints within 5 working days and advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

3. SECURITY POLICY
Our web site uses a secure server for collecting personal information. This ensures that your personal information and transactions remain confidential and cannot be interfered with.
